We work with adults and couples from all backgrounds, and we specialize in LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients. Our clinicians have particular experience with racial and ethnic identity, immigration and acculturation, the effects of discrimination, sexual and gender identity, and the overlap of neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, OCD) and queer identity.

No. Everyone is welcome. Our specialized training shapes how we work, but we see clients of all identities.

Private-pay psychotherapy sessions are $220 for a 50-minute session. Fees for other clinicians range. Contact us for current rates for group and couples therapy.

Some of our clinicians are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Johns Hopkins EHP only, Cigna. If you'd like to use insurance, let us know when you contact us and we'll match you with an in-network clinician when possible.

Yes. We can provide a superbill, a receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Check with your plan about your out-of-network mental health coverage before your first session.

Paying privately means no diagnosis is required to be shared with an insurance company, and your treatment is shaped by you and your therapist rather than by your insurer's limits on session number or type.

Yes. We offer secure video sessions for clients located in Maryland, and Dr. Goode-Cross can also see clients in Washington, DC, and Virginia.

Under the No Surprises Act, if you are uninsured or paying privately, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care. Ask us for one at any time.
